Directorate of Employment, Ministry of Labour& Employment(MoLE) has launched the National Career Services (NCS), this initiative aims to provide a variety of employment related services including "Model Career Centres", with primary focus on Career Counseling. Model Career Centres will be a reservoir of skilled talent pool, where the Industry can tap in from, thus establishing a seamless employer-employee connect.
To help 12 million youth entering the workforce, to pursue the right career choice according to their aptitude and ability, the Ministry has tasked CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) to establish Model Career Centres(MCC) in Gurgaon, Mumbai & Chennai. For the Model Career Centres to be robust in its varied services to the youth.
Model Career Centre aims to provide complete guidance and counselling through self-assessments & insights into making right career choices. We also enhance personality &confidence of the youth before entering into the corporate world by imparting various professional and personal development skills through blended approach of online and offline learning mechanisms.
Leadership model for “Industry – Career Centre Collaboration” is for:
